Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unresolved Water Leakage Issue Dear Turbo Care Team, I would like to raise a complaint regarding the poor service experience from your technician, Sourab Das. After the last service visit by Mr. Sourab Das, my water leakage problem is still not resolved. Even after repeatedly calling and informing him about the issue many times, he continuously keeps saying “aaj kal aa raha hoon” but till now nobody has visited for the repair. Now my leakage problem is increasing day by day. Earlier he used to receive my calls and assure me about the visit, but now he is not even answering my calls. This kind of after-service support is very disappointing. If Turbo Care provides such service, then how can customers trust your company in the future? I request you to kindly take immediate action regarding this matter and send a responsible technician to resolve my problem permanently as soon as possible. Please treat this complaint seriously and provide a quick resolution.
