Refund Policy
- Get 100% will be refund if booking is canceled within 24 hours from booking time.
- Get 75% will be refund if booking is canceled after 24 hours from booking time.
- 25% of visit charges if our service partner reaches your location after you cancel your booking.
- If you cancel your booking after our service partner reaches your location, 25% will be deducted from the service charge. Then the balance payment will be refunded.
- All payments will be refunded in the same payment mode.
- Twobro Care will not be responsible for refunding the payment if a person books a COD without making the online payment.
- In the case of home appliance repair service, if you do not approve the estimate given by our service partner for any product, then the remaining amount will be refunded after deduct the visit charge as per the above guidelines.
- 100% refund will be given in case any service booking is rejected by our service partner for cleaning services.
- Final service charge for cleaning service will be decided by our service partner. In that case if you do not approve the estimate then 25 % will be deducted from service as per the above guidelines and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Visit charge and consultation charges are non-refundable.
- We provide warranty after taking any service from us, if you have any problem again during the warranty period, you can claim the warranty, not claim for refund or refund is not eligible.
- Credits will be issued within one to five business days after any refund is processed. Alternatively you can mail us at privacy@twobrocare.com
